Lush3 has a new redesigned Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Allowing the Lush3 to transmit the signal better and support a stronger Bluetooth connection even when deeply inserted inside.

Real Customer Service Review

Ok, so I’m gonna share an experience with you ladies regarding Lovense and their Customer Service.

I recently purchased the newly released Lush3. Was so excited about the date of its arrival. I was a good girl and charged that baby up just like instructed. Charging time has been reduced to a mere 86 minutes so that’s not so bad. All was great for a week or so. I was the happiest girl ever! Lovense had my heart won over with the Lush3.

Then one night out of nowhere, my Lush3 just died. I plugged it in and anxiously waited. Nothing! I mean totally dead. I received a mass-produced email from Lovense about keeping your Lush3 clean.

On a whim I responded that it would be nice but that it was currently on the blink for some reason and I would be sending it back. . Ladies I kid you not I was contacted three days later asking me to take a video showing the issue and upload it to a website they provided.

I did as instructed and they followed the next day with apologies that it looked like a hardware issue.

They then asked for the 10-digit serial number on the product box. Also, I needed to confirm my name and shipping information. After sending this information they sent back that a replacement was on the way. All this took less than a week to rectify. I will say that I have never dealt with any company in a return issue that made it this easy and quick.

Usually, I’m faced with someone asking what I did wrong to the product or why the product isn’t working. I will say for those of you that are thinking of making a purchase it would be in your best interest to keep your box that the Lush3 came in.

I say this because without it I would have no idea what my 10 digit serial number was. I guess maybe the alternative would be to documenting the serial number before throwing the box away. Long story short, the takeaway from this is that is if you have any issues with your Lovense products rest assured their Customer Service is on point ready and willing to assist you.
